Frequently asked questions for your in-store bridal appointment.

Yes. We work by appointment only, to ensure you have our undisrupted attention while finding your bridal look from our selection. The duration of your personal bridal appointment will be about one hour. We will guide you to choose a fashionable bridal look that compliments your body shape, colours, personality and to match the concept of your wedding. Our goal is to make you appear like the absolute best version of yourself.

We work within below periods of time, but please be aware that we don’t have fixed opening hours and these are indicative only.

Monday – Friday 9:30 – 17:30

Saturdays 10:00 – 15:00

Our Saturday appointments are subject to a DKK 250 booking fee, redeemable against purchase of a wedding dress. The booking fee is non-refundable by a cancellation.

We recommend that you come alone for your bridal appointment so that you won’t be impacted by other people’s opinions about how your bridal look should be. That said, we understand the excitement of sharing this special moment with your loved ones. We appreciate that you bring no more than 2 – 3 guests with you and we kindly ask not to bring children for your appointment.

To have the best overall idea of the final bridal look, we suggest wearing nude seamless underwear or shapewear if preferred. We have a selection of shoes available, but if you’ve already purchased your actual shoes for your wedding day, you can bring them with you. Kindly wear minimal make-up to protect our sample dresses.

Maria Fekih dresses are available in standard sizes 34 – 42 as well as made-to-measure. Our other designers are available in standard sizes 32 – 42, with a few styles available to size 46.

Please be aware that our samples are size 36, 38 and a few in size 40.

All sizes are mentioned in Danish sizes.

The delivery time of Maria Fekih dresses is about 3 months, however shorter delivery times are possible outside our high season.

Please allow about 3 – 4 months for the production of your wedding dress from our other designers. Rush orders can be requested, but require an approval of your order by the respective designer. Rush orders are subject to an extra cost.

We recommend ordering your wedding dress 6 months prior to your wedding day.

A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required at the time you place your order.

In physical commerce, we accept payments with following credit/debit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Union Pay, as well as direct bank transfers when pick up is at a later date. Cash is not accepted.

All orders and sales are final. We don’t offer any returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer an alteration service anymore. However, we are happy to recommend some local tailors where you can have your wedding dress safely altered.

Unfortunately, our space is rather small and doesn’t allow us to offer a storage service.
